Before the wedding
One site walkthrough at the event venue(s)
Unlimited contact via phone and email from the time of contract
Production and distribution of a master timeline for the event for vendors
Organization and management of wedding ceremony rehearsal
Unlimited vendor referrals
Collect necessary vendor insurance and documents from the vendor team
On wedding day
Event day vendor management
Two assistant coordinators on the day of the event
Greeting vendors as they arrive on-site and ensuring that set-up proceeds as specified by the Client
Setting up anything provided by the Client and not handled by a specific vendor (favors, place cards, menus, etc.) Items will be carefully packed up at the conclusion of the event.
Orchestrating production cues for ceremony and reception formalities
Overseeing event breakdown
Distributing gratuities and final payments to vendors as needed
