We’ll help establish a clear visual direction for your wedding while you take the lead on bringing the design to life.
Cosmo is designed for couples who want to take an active role in planning their wedding while having an experienced team alongside them. We'll provide professional guidance throughout the process, help you navigate key decisions and logistics, and ultimately bring all of the moving pieces together for a seamless wedding day.

Wedding Weekend
When the celebration arrives, our team takes over. We'll manage the timeline, vendors, logistics and behind-the-scenes s so you and your families can be fully present.

- Lead Orange Blossom planner plus two assistant coordinators
- Vendor arrival and setup oversight
- Setup of client-provided personals
- Ceremony and reception cueing

Cosmo couples remain responsible for vendor research, contracting, ongoing vendor communication, payment management and execution of the overall event design until Orange Blossom assumes final logistics coordination.
